Teaching my son to be a man in 2024

Biggest challenge I'm facing right now is raising my boy to have real values when everything around him is telling him something different. I'm trying to teach him to be respectful, hardworking, honest, and to look out for people weaker than him. But at school they're pushing different narratives and his friends make fun of some of this stuff. How do you guys balance raising good men while dealing with the culture?
