Teaching my son to be a man in 2024

Getting harder to know what that even means anymore. I want him to be strong, respectful, hardworking, and take care of the people he loves. But the world keeps telling him being a man is toxic. I'm trying to teach him you can be tough and gentle, confident without being arrogant, and that real strength means standing up for what's right even when it's unpopular. Anyone else wrestling with this?
