Teaching my son to be a man in 2024

Feel like everything I was taught growing up about being a man is considered toxic now. But I still believe in personal responsibility, being strong for your family, keeping your word, and treating women with respect. How do I pass that on without sounding like some archaic dinosaur? He's 12 and I want him to know that real strength means taking care of people you love, not being weak or vulnerable like the world tells him is cool.
