Teaching my son to be a man of his word

Been thinking a lot about this lately. My old man taught me that a handshake was a binding agreement and your word was everything. I'm trying to instill that same principle in my kids but it feels like the world is working against it these days. When I make a commitment I keep it no matter what, even when it's inconvenient. How are you guys passing this down to the next generation? What does being a man of integrity look like in your family?

This hits different when you're juggling four kids' schedules like I am. That foundation of keeping your word is gold when you're stretched thin and your kids need to know they can count on you.
