Teaching my son to give a firm handshake

Been working with my 10 year old on proper handshake etiquette. Eye contact, firm grip, not crushing but not limp either. He met my boss last week and nailed it. The man actually commented on it. Small things like this matter and honestly it sets kids apart. My dad did this with me and I'm passing it down.
