Teaching my son to give a firm handshake

Been working with my 8 year old on his handshake. Too many young men these days have weak grips and poor eye contact when meeting someone. Started having him practice with me and some of the guys at the office. He's getting better but still needs work on not squeezing too hard. Any other dads doing this with their boys?
