Teaching My Son to Give a Proper Handshake

Been working with my 8 year old on his handshake. Firm grip, eye contact, say the man's name back to them. My father taught me this same way and I'll be damned if that tradition dies with me. Took him to the hardware store today and had him shake hands with Mr. Henderson who runs the place. The look on that old man's face was worth it. This is what separates boys from men.
