Teaching my son to shake hands like a man

Been working with my 7 year old on his handshake. My dad taught me when I was young and I realized nobody does this anymore. Firm grip, look them in the eye, say your name clear. We've been practicing with uncles and granddad. Took him to his baseball coach last week and I could see the coach noticed. That's the kind of thing that sticks with people. Simple stuff but it matters.
