Teaching my son to shake hands like a man

Been working with my 8 year old on his handshake. Firm grip, eye contact, say the man's name. Had him meet my boss last week and he did it perfectly. The look on my boss's face said it all. Small things matter. This is how we raise men who command respect without saying a word.
