Teaching my son to shake hands properly

Been working with my 8 year old on his handshake. Firm grip, eye contact, say your name clearly. My dad taught me this way and I see too many young men these days with weak handshakes and their eyes on their phones. It's a small thing but it says everything about a man's character. Anyone else emphasis this kind of thing with their kids?
