Teaching my son to shake hands properly

Been working with my 8 year old on his handshake. Firm grip, eye contact, say the man's name back to him. My dad taught me this and I'm determined to pass it on. Took him to shake hands with my business partner last week and the man actually commented on it. That's the kind of thing that matters, gentlemen. Small gestures show character.
