Teaching my son to shake hands properly

My 12 year old had his first real job interview yesterday and I made sure we practiced beforehand. Firm grip, look them in the eye, smile, repeat their name back to them. These little things matter and they say so much about a man's character before he even speaks. He got the job too. Proud doesn't even cover it.
