Teaching my son to shake hands properly

Been working with my 10 year old on his handshake. Firm grip, look them in the eye, say their name back to them. He thinks it's dumb but his teacher already commented that he has better manners than most kids his age. It's one of those old school things that actually matters. A handshake says something about who you are. I want my boy to represent himself well.
