Teaching my son to shake hands properly

My boy is 8 and I realized he doesn't know how to give a firm handshake. We worked on it this week - firm grip, eye contact, say your name clear and confident. It's a small thing but these small things matter. A man's handshake says something about his character. Old school maybe but my granddad taught me the same way and I'm passing it on.
