Teaching my son to shake hands properly

Been working with my 8 year old on his handshake. Firm grip, look em in the eye, say their name back to them. My old man did this with me and it stuck. Had him meet my business partner last week and the man actually commented on it. These small things matter. You can tell a lot about a person by how they shake your hand.
