Teaching my son to shake hands properly

Been noticing a lot of young men these days with weak handshakes and no eye contact. Started drilling my 12 year old on this last week. Firm grip, look the man in the eye, say his name if you know it. He thought I was being weird about it but I caught him doing it right with my brother yesterday and got genuinely proud. These small things matter. They're what separate the men from the boys.
