Teaching my son what it means to be a man

Been thinking a lot about this lately. I want him to understand that being a man means taking responsibility, keeping your word, and treating people with respect no matter what. We're doing a lot of conversations about character and integrity. My dad taught me these things and I'm determined to pass it along properly. It's one of the most important jobs I have as his father.
