Teaching my sons to give a firm handshake and look people in the eye

Started a new tradition where we practice handshakes at the dinner table. My boys are learning that how you greet someone says a lot about your character. A weak handshake shows weakness, but firmness shows confidence and respect. They'll need these skills their whole lives.
