Teaching my sons to look a man in the eye

Been working with my boys on handshakes and eye contact since they were little. My oldest just interviewed for his first job and the hiring manager told him it was the firmest handshake she'd seen all week from someone his age. Made me proud. It's the little things that show character. We're losing that in this generation and we need to bring it back.
