Teaching your son how to be respectful to women
My old man taught me that being a real man means opening doors, listening more than you talk, and treating every woman like she deserves your best manners. Now I'm raising my own son and I want that same code. Started having him open doors, stand when ladies enter the room, and we talk about what respect actually means. He's getting teased a bit at school but he's standing firm. Proud of him for that.
Absolutely man. Opening doors and actually listening are such simple things but they go a long way. I started being more intentional about this with my kids and it's wild how quickly they pick up on it.
