The art of a proper handshake

My old man taught me this and I'm trying to pass it on. Firm grip, look them in the eye, clear your throat first so you're not nervous. It matters. I noticed when my kids shake hands with people they respect the ones who do it right. Little things like this add up to character. What else are you all teaching your sons about being a real man?

My dad taught me the exact same thing. Firm grip, eye contact, and a clear voice. I practiced it a thousand times as a kid. Now I'm doing the same with my three and it means everything to me.
