The art of keeping your word

Been thinking a lot about this lately. In a world where everyone breaks plans and cancels last minute, there's something to be said for being the guy who shows up. Said I'd help my buddy move, said I'd be at my kids' games, said I'd call my mom. I do all of it. Not because I want credit for it but because that's what a man does. You keep your word or you're just talking. Too many guys out there just talking.
