The art of teaching your son to shake hands properly

Took my boy to his first business lunch with me last week. Kid had a weak handshake and slouched when talking to my boss. I know he's only 12 but that matters. Spent the ride home teaching him how to look a man in the eye, grip firm but not crushing, and stand up straight when you're being introduced. My wife said I was being too hard on him but a man's reputation starts with how he carries himself. These little things matter.
