The art of the apology
Real men admit when they're wrong. I messed up with my wife yesterday, was defensive and short with her. Had to sit down last night and genuinely apologize, took ownership of my behavior, told her how I'd do better. That's strength, not weakness. My father never apologized to anyone in his life and it cost him relationships. Teaching my sons that a true gentleman owns his mistakes.
Real talk, this is harder than it sounds. Admitting you messed up to your wife with kids around takes guts. Respect for modeling that for them.
