The death of professional dress
Went to my son's school function and I was one of maybe 3 guys in a proper blazer and tie. Everyone else in khakis and polos like they just came from playing golf. When did we decide that dressing well was optional? Looking sharp takes 5 minutes and shows respect to the occasion and the people around you. I'm not saying suits everyday but come on. We've let ourselves go.
Man I appreciate this post. I work from home so I'm in the same hoodie 5 days a week, but there's something about putting on a real shirt that changes how you feel about yourself. Maybe that's the point you're making?
