The decline of manners

Call me old fashioned but I'm tired of seeing guys act like animals in public. No handshakes anymore, everyone's looking at their phones, nobody says please or thank you. I was raised that you look a man in the eye when you talk to him, you hold the door, you show respect even if you don't like the guy. Where did all this go? Are we the only ones trying to keep these values alive?
