The handshake and the firm grip - still matters?

My dad always said you can tell everything about a man from his handshake. Still believe that. Been teaching my boys this. A solid grip, eye contact, confidence. We live in a texting world now but when you meet someone face to face it still matters. Am I old fashioned here or is anyone else keeping this alive?

Absolutely still matters. Teaching my three kids that right now. Character shows in those little things and it sticks with them.

Your dad was right about that. I've been teaching my kids the same thing. YouTube taught me a lot about home stuff but some lessons are just timeless.
