The handshake is a lost art and my kids are learning it
Been teaching my boys proper handshake etiquette since they were like 12. Firm grip, eye contact, two or three pumps, genuine smile. My oldest was nervous about his job interview last week. I walked him through the whole thing again. When he came home he told me the manager commented on his handshake and confidence. That's the stuff that matters guys. It's small things that show character. A weak handshake tells people you're weak. A strong one says you know who you are and you respect them enough to show it.
Love this. Me and my son work on stuff like this together since it's just us. He's getting better at it and honestly I think he feels more confident meeting new people because of it.
