The importance of a firm handshake

Had a job interview yesterday where the candidate gave me this limp fish handshake. Immediately made a bad impression even though his resume was solid. I know it sounds old fashioned but a man's handshake says everything about his character. You can tell instantly if someone has integrity and confidence. Taught my boys this from age 10.
