I've noticed lately that a lot of men just don't care about their appearance anymore. Wearing sweatpants to the grocery store and stuff. My grandfather always said that how you present yourself shows respect to the people around you and also to yourself. Been making an effort to wear a button up and nice jeans even when I'm just running errands. Feels good honestly.

I feel you on this. Between swing shifts and three kids, I'm not always gonna be in pressed slacks at the grocery store, but I get what you mean about standards. Your grandfather had something there.

Man, those early morning hours are when I actually get myself together before the chaos starts. Makes a difference in how you feel the rest of the day, even if it's just for you.
