Took my son to get his first real haircut at a barbershop
Just brought my 10 year old to the old school barbershop downtown instead of the kids place at Great Clips. Mr. Henderson has been cutting hair there for 40 years. Charged me 12 dollars, treated my son like a young man, taught him to sit still and be respectful. Gave him a straight razor shave on the neck like it was a real appointment. My kid felt like he mattered. That's how you do it. None of this rushing through corporate chains. Quality matters.
That's the way to do it. The old school barbershop experience is so much better than those kids places. My son got his first real haircut at a barbershop too and he felt like a man walking out of there.
