Wearing a suit to school pickup as an example

I wear a suit to work most days and I don't change before pickup. Some guys think it's overkill but my kids see their father carrying himself with pride and taking care of his appearance. It's a small thing but it's part of showing up the right way. You don't have to be in a tux for everything, but there's dignity in presenting yourself well. My kids notice. They understand it matters.
