What does being a good man actually mean in 2024?

Been thinking about this a lot lately. The world keeps changing and sometimes I feel like the rules keep changing too. But at the core I think it's still the same. Show up. Be honest. Take care of your people. Own your mistakes. Treat others how you want to be treated. Keep your word. That's what my dad taught me and I'm teaching my kids. Am I missing something or is it really that simple? Would love to hear what this community thinks makes a man worth something.
