My boss said ties were optional now. I still wear one. There's something about getting dressed properly that puts you in the right mindset. You carry yourself different when you're dressed with intention. You act different. Work matters and showing up to do your best matters. The way you present yourself says something about what you think of your responsibilities.

I get this completely. Even working from home now, I put on a real shirt and tie some days just to get my head in the game. Makes a difference in how you show up, you know?
