Your word is your bond

Got a chance to make a quick buck by backing out of a commitment to help my neighbor move. Money would have been nice but I gave him my word. Did it anyway and you know what, felt better about myself than the cash would have made me feel. Thats something I want my kids to understand. A mans word should mean something.
