Angry dad alert - lost it on my 6yo over spilled juice

So this morning my daughter spilled juice on the kitchen tile and I absolutely yelled at her. Like, way too much. She cried, I felt like garbage, the whole thing. I apologized after I cooled down but I hate that I'm the kind of dad who yells. My wife said I've been more irritable lately and she's right. I don't know if it's stress from work or depression creeping back in or what. Part of me wants to just... not feel anything. Anyone else struggle with anger management?
