Anxiety about being a good enough parent
I know this is probably normal but some days the anxiety just hits different. Like I'll think about something I said to my kid wrong and spiral for hours wondering if I'm messing them up. Went to therapy a few times but felt like I was just complaining. Does anyone else deal with this or am I overthinking everything?
Dude, the spiral is real and you're definitely not alone in it. I catch myself replaying conversations with my daughter constantly, but kids are way more forgiving than we give them credit for. Talk to your wife about it if you need to, helps to get it out of your head.
