Anxiety about my job performance is affecting my sleep
So I've been having this constant worry loop about work lately. Every night I'm lying awake thinking about meetings, emails I sent, things I might have messed up. It's been going on for like 3 weeks now and I'm exhausted. My boss hasn't said anything negative but my brain just keeps spinning worst case scenarios. Anyone else deal with this? How do you shut your brain off at night?
I feel this so much. The constant replaying of conversations and thinking about what could go wrong at work kept me up for weeks. What kind of work are you in? Sometimes just talking through the actual vs imagined problems helps.
