Anxiety hitting different lately

Anyone else get random waves of anxiety that just come out of nowhere? Mine usually starts as a knot in my chest and then my brain goes into overdrive thinking about everything that could go wrong. Been trying the breathing exercises my therapist suggested but some days it's just harder. Not looking for solutions necessarily just wanted to know if I'm alone in this.

Been dealing with this since my second kid was born. Some days are fine, other days I'm just bracing for the next wave. You doing anything to help manage it or just riding it out?
