Anxiety spike every morning before work - what's your routine?
I wake up at 5:30 and immediately my chest gets tight thinking about all the meetings and emails waiting. By 6am I'm already wound up. Coffee makes it worse. I've tried meditation apps but I hate them lol. Do you guys have anything that actually works in those first couple hours? Need something practical I can do while making lunches for the kids.
have you talked to your doctor about the chest tightness? not saying it's serious but if it's that predictable and physical you should rule out actual stuff instead of just trying routine hacks
