Anyone else dealing with morning anxiety?
I wake up most days with this knot in my chest before my feet even hit the ground. Can't pinpoint what I'm worried about half the time. It goes away after coffee and a workout but man it's exhausting starting every day like this. Started therapy last month and my therapist says it's pretty common but I feel broken. Does anyone else wake up like this?
I used to get this before I started running in the mornings. Something about getting moving early helped reset my nervous system. Might be worth trying before breakfast?
