Anyone else feel lonely even when surrounded by family?

This is gonna sound weird but I feel really alone a lot. I'm married, I have kids, I see my family regularly, but there's this underlying loneliness I can't shake. Like nobody really gets what I'm going through. Is this depression or am I just being dramatic? Starting to think I need to talk to someone professional about it.
