Anyone else feel lonely even with a family?

This might sound weird but I feel really isolated. I have a wife and two kids but I don't have real friendships anymore since we had kids. All my time goes to work and family. I love them but I'm missing human connection with people my own age. It's getting to me mentally. How do other dads balance this?
