Anyone else get anxiety before family dinners?

My mom invited us over this Sunday and I've already been stressed about it all week. I know it sounds ridiculous but I get so anxious thinking about sitting around the table with everyone judging what I'm doing with my life. My brother's got his fancy job, my sister just got engaged... and here I am. Does anyone else deal with this or am I just being paranoid?
