Anyone else get anxious about their kids dying?

Started having panic attacks about a year ago. They always come at night and they're all about something happening to my kids. My brain goes to worst case scenario. I'll see my son playing soccer and suddenly I'm imagining him getting hit by a car. Started keeping them home more which my wife says is making it worse. Finally went to a therapist and she said it's anxiety, not reality. I'm on meds now and it's helping but man this is hard. Wondering if anyone else deals with this.
