Anyone else get irrationally angry at small parenting stuff?

My 5yo couldn't find her shoe today and I LOST IT. Completely disproportionate reaction. Wife looked at me like "dude that's not normal" and she's right. It's like my fuse is super short lately. I went for a run after and felt better but I hate that I need to manage myself like this around my own kids. Feeling pretty shitty about the whole thing rn.
