Anyone else get irrationally angry at their kid over nothing?

My 6yo spilled juice on the couch yesterday and I absolutely lost it. Like, yelling, face red, the whole thing. She got scared and ran to her room. My wife said I overreacted (I did) but then I couldn't stop thinking about it for like 6 hours. It wasn't even about the juice, I think I was just already wound up from work. How do you guys snap out of that headspace before you blow up at them?
