Anyone else get irrationally angry at their kids over nothing?

My 4yo spilled juice on the kitchen floor yesterday and I completely lost it. Like, yelling, slamming doors, the whole thing. She didn't do anything wrong—it was an accident. But I just... snapped. I've been noticing this pattern where I'm way more irritable than I used to be. My wife says I need to "just relax" but that's not helpful. Has anyone dealt with this? Is it just parenthood or should I be worried?
