Anyone else get overwhelmed by the news?
I can't watch the news anymore without feeling anxious and drained. Everything feels like a disaster and I start thinking about worst case scenarios for my family. I've been trying to cut back on social media and news apps but it's hard when you have a phone in your pocket. Just needed to vent about this.
I stopped watching the news completely like three months ago. Just check headlines from a couple sources in the morning and that's it. Mental health improved so much. You don't need constant updates to be informed, I promise.
