Anyone else get panic attacks out of nowhere?

Had one at work today for no reason I can figure out. Heart racing, felt like I couldn't breathe, thought something was seriously wrong with me. Called my doc and he said it's anxiety but man it felt so real. Scared to go back to the office tomorrow. Anyone dealt with this?
